The Ankeny Community School District offers Little Hawks Preschool, a neighborhood integration program for children ages three to five years old. This program is designed to provide opportunities for typically developing children to play, learn, and interact with peers who have various disabilities. 

Our preschool programs are located at Ashland Ridge, Crocker, Westwood and Northeast elementary schools. The district offers both 3-year old and 4-year old programs.  Each classroom is instructed by a certified preschool teacher.

Transportation to and from the preschool is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
