Agendas

Board of Education meeting agendas for Ankeny Community Schools are available online for quick, easy access to public information. Agendas include extensive supplemental documents for heightened district transparency. In addition, by posting agendas online we can potentially save thousands of printed pages per month.

Directions:

Select the icon at right to access agendas for regularly scheduled board meetings.
Once the agenda system has launched, select the Search button in that window.
Double-click directly on the date of the agenda to open a dynamic agenda.
The dynamic agenda includes hyperlinks to supplemental materials for agenda items.
A standard copy of the agenda is available through the .pdf icon to the right of the list.
The .pdf includes all of the supplemental information in one document.
Note: Agendas for "special" board meetings are accessible through the second icon.
Simply select the year and date of the special meeting in which you are interested.
